Shipping Options
We offer two shipping methods at checkout:
Standard Shipping - estimated delivery in 5-7 business days
Expedited Shipping - Estimated delivery in 2-3 business days
Please allow 1-2 business days for order processing before your item ships. Delivery times may vary based on location, holidays, or carrier delays.
Note: Processing time excludes (Saturday + Sunday) and major holidays
You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been shipped.
Returns & Exchanges
At this time, we do not accept returns or exchanges.
Due to the nature of our products which may include custom, speciality or limited- run items -- all sales are final.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If you receive an item that is damaged or incorrect, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery emailing shopellabel@gmail.com with your order number and clear photos of the issue. While we cannot accept returns, we will work with you to find a solution.
