Bridal Frequently Asked Questions
What is your booking policy?
-In order to reserve your date, it is imperative to make your non-refundable deposit and signing of contract stating confirmation of services, scheduling, and pricing. Unfortunately, dates are not able to be reserved unless deposit and signed contract has been made.
Do you travel?
-Yes, traveling is available for Fort Lauderdale Miami, & West Palm Beach. Travel and mileage fees may apply depending on your location and the date of the wedding. Destination weddings are available as well.
Do you travel to destination weddings?
-I sure do! Please inquire for travel pricing.
How soon should I book my consultation?
-I suggest to book your consultation at least three to six months before your wedding day. Any time sooner, is subject to availability.
Can I receive services for just myself?
-Yes! Complete contact form for pricing.
Am I able to book both hair and makeup?
-Dependent upon party size. Please fill out contact form with wedding party details for further information.
I submitted a Contact Form. When should I expect to hear from you?
-48 to 72 hours
When should I book for my hair trial?
-There is 2 required trial runs. Trial runs should be booked 4-8 weeks in advance. All trials booked will require a $100 non-refundable deposit. This deposit will go toward your trial and/or final contract fees. It is recommended to book your trial on a special day, or busy day to show off your beauitful look and make any discovery's that may need to be adjusted. Specials days may be your bridal shower, engagement shoot, bachelorette party. The Trial Run can also be done in the comfort of the bride’s home, for an additional charge depending on location.
How should I prepare my hair for the trial?
-The bride’s hair should be clean and completely dry. Bring with you photos of hair inspirations for the wedding day, headpiece and/or veil as well as any hair accessories you would like to use.
Can I make changes to my contract once it is signed?
-If you would like to add services and as long as I can accommodate you, that is not a problem. Deletions of services once the trial has taken place and a contract is signed are not permitted and no refunds are given for unused services. You can replace a person’s service with another if necessary as long as you let me know before the wedding day. This is why it is highly suggested that you know for sure—at the signing of the trial/contract—how many of your attendants will be getting services.
Can I bring someone with me to my trial?
-Sure! Please refrain from being more than 2 people as sometimes extra opinions cause confusion.
