* Do you sell hair, frontals, or closures? 

No, I do not have my own hair collection.

* Will you ever sell your own hair? 

No

* Are your old wigs in good condition? 

Yes, if they weren't they would not be available for purchase. 

*Do you make custom wigs? 

Yes send the hair to my P.O. Box contact directly for address and pricing. 

* How long does my glued frontal last?

It will last up to 2 weeks before needing maintenance but it does depend on how much you irritate the lace, how aggressive you are, and activities you do throughout the day. 

*How long does shipping take? 

Shipping takes 5-7 days. 

*How do I track my order?

Tracking numbers will be sent out via email when your order has been processed. Processing of order takes 1-2 business days. 

*Do I have to have a PayPal account to purchase? 

No, just click "Pay with Debit/Credit Card", this is to ensure that your shipping and billing information matches. 

*My order has been cancelled, why?

Unfortunately, your order has been cancelled due to your shipping and billing information not matching or a fraudulent activity has been identified. 

*Can I cancel my order? 

No, once your ordered has been placed it has already entered the processing stages. Please double check you are purchasing the correct item before making your purchase.
